Best and Worst from the AMA 2014

 Last night was the American Music Awards 2014, and all I can say bravo to the winners and the amazing performances that some artists did AKA Lorde! Now, lets talk about fashion, tonight was a case of hit and misses, but the one that I was expecting much more was J-Lo, nevertheless, the worst of the worst was the naked dress (no, it was not RiRi) it was artist Bleona. Clearly, she was trying to imitate Rose McGowan from that time she was with Mr. Marilyn Manson in 1998 at the VMA's (do you remember?).

My favorite of the night from head to toe was Kate Beckinsale. She looked like a goddess, almost  angelic but in a sexy way. But enough of my taste, who was your favorite and least favorite of the night?

Sunday Night

Sunday is a family day, which sometimes include at home movie time, or running behind the kiddos (most of the time is running!) but some days we like to go out and have dinner. Recently, I have been having problems with my stomach and most of the restaurant food makes me sick. I was thinking to begin a clean lifestyle but as you may know, I am Dominican and most of us do eat EVERYTHING, minus the clean/organic food. Can someone recommend me a restaurant that is on the healthier side?

Spanish: Los Domingos son familiares, lo que incluye películas en la casa o correr detrás de los niños (muchas veces es correr!) pero hay otros días en los que nos gusta salir a cenar. Recientemente, he estado teniendo problemas con el estomago y muchas de las comidas de los restaurantes me cae mal. Estaba pensando en empezar a llevar un estilo de vida limpio pero como ustedes sabrán soy Dominicana y muchos de nosotros comemos DE TODO, menos comida limpia/orgánica. Alguien de ustedes me puede recomendar un restaurante que este en el lado mas saludable?

Tuesday Trends; Thigh High Boots

This Season is all about the Thigh High Boots! The only difference between this type and the knee high is that as the name says, it goes almost if not to the women's thigh. In any case if you have the knee high boots and could not afford this style, you still can rock this trend by wearing a sock that is the same color as the boots you had, just pulled it more so it goes right were it needs to be, to the thigh!. Here are some Fall 2014 runway styles as well as some inspirations!!

Spanish: Esta temporada es todo acerca de las botas que llegan a los muslos! La única diferencia entre este tipo de botas y las de que van por las rodillas es que como lo dice el nombre van exactamente en los muslos. En todo caso, si ya tienes las que van por las rodillas y no puedes comprarte este estilo porque no tienes el dinero suficiente para ello, no significa que no puedas usar esta tendencia, solamente tienes que ponerte unas medias del mismo color de las botas que ya tienes y sacarla hasta que lleguen a donde tienen que llevar, osea al muslo!. Aquí les muestro algunas de las pasarelas del Otoño 2014 al igual que otras inspiraciones!!
